The role of EGHS executive services is to implement organisational strategic direction.

Development and ImprovementHuman ResourcesPayrollCommunity LiaisonFinancial ServicesWhat we OfferRegional Lifestyle – explore our regionA variety of employee benefitsOngoing professional development and career opportunitiesAbout the RoleThis position offers the opportunity to learn and develop in Human Resources with a pathway to the completion of Certificate IV in Human Resources available.
Monday to Thursday there is some flexibility with hours and days of work; however, coverage is required for the Friday of each week.
Working closely with, and under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, this role includes, but is not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources TeamEnsure staff credentialing, professional registration and employment checks are valid and up to dateAssist in the recruitment of new employees including collating documentation and organising the relevant Orientation programsAdminister and input data into the EGHS Human Resources IT system (CHRIS21)Compile HR reports as requiredLiaise with internal and stakeholders on HR related enquiriesAbout YouExcellent communication skills Well organised Attention to detail Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks).
