Your part in St Andrew's War Memorial
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the mixed Medical & Surgical Ward, including staffing and clinical service delivery.
You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital and organisational-wide goals and foster a values-driven, safe environment.

Essential: Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registrationRecent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical NursingDemonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorshipAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholdersDemonstrated commitment to quality improvementDesirable: Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practiceQualifications in people management and/or leadershipSt Andrew's War Memorial Hospital is proudly part of the UnitingCare family.
