Our success is the result of a philosophy to provide the best possible solutions and service level to our clients with a workforce that focuses on understanding the customers' needs.About the jobAs the Head of Marketing, you will be overseeing the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and advertising initiatives.Your contribution to the teamDevelop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.Design and review the Marketing department's budget.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Analyse consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.Overview branding strategy and ensure consistency across all channels.Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.Develop and plan digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and website updates.Plan and organise customer events and product launches.Source out project leads and communicate with the sales team for follow-up.Provide the sales team with necessary documentation, brochures, and flyers to support sales efforts.What you will need to be short-listedBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as Head of Marketing or similar role.Experience running successful marketing campaigns.Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.Excellent management and interpersonal skills.Strong work ethics, open and reliable.If you're interested in working for a global organisation that offers an attractive salary and provides ongoing learning and development opportunities, apply nowInterested applicants, please visit our portal to apply: jobs.peri.com.Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted by email or phone.PERI is an equal opportunity employer.
