Accounting Accountant - Financial Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Great location/Fortitude Valley Work for a reputable Construction company Opportunity for career growth/Great starting salary Our client is a Tier 3 construction company based in Fortitude Valley.
They have great reputation for exceptional project delivery, focusing on defence and institutional projects.
They are looking for a Financial Accountant, with construction industry experience, to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Month-End Processing Set up supplier accounts, processing invoices and ensuring account details are accurate and up-to-date Build and maintain great rapport with company staff and clients  Working with the construction team to provide regular costing updates as well as ensure accuracy across accounts data  Budgeting and Forecasting Continuous improvement on finance processes and internal controls Oversee AP and AR as well as end-to-end payroll Candidate Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a CPA or CMA certification.
Proven experience in Accounting and Finance Management, must be in the  Construction industry.
Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
