About the RoleWe are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Specialist Technical Maintenance based within our Operations Services Maintenance team.
Reporting directly to the OS Superintendent Maintenance, in these roles you will have the opportunity to add real value to maintenance, guiding improvement activity, transforming services and supporting our people.
Your duties will include:
Foster positive & productive working relationships and team cultureSet and maintain clear safety standards within the leadership teamLead safety investigations and risk assessmentsBuild capability through coaching, mentoring and provide technical advice and support OS maintenance teamsLead and support continuous improvement opportunitiesTimely data collation, analysis and sharing of key work management metricsAbout YouThe successful candidate will possess the following:
Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through using your influenceThe ability to successfully lead and work within a team environment and build effective working relationshipsFlexible, team-orientated approach with strong communication skillsStrong commitment to safety and continuous improvement with the demonstrated ability to identify these opportunitiesExperience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g.
1SAP)Experience gained in a shutdown environment would be advantageousDemonstrated computer skills (i.e.
