As a Technical Support Analyst, you will work closely with other departments such as Operations and Commercial.
You will be part of a great Melbourne team who are dedicated to superior customer solutions and support.
You will enjoy a variety of activities and responsibilities including customer service calls, scheduling maintenance, installations, and product education and training.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical support to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner and escalate to the Service Team Leader when requiredAccurate and timely Salesforce CRM data entryEffectively manage spare part ordering and personal boot stockManage assigned monthly preventative maintenance tasks and correct completion of all paperwork and checklistsInstall new equipment into customer sites and at trade showsTravel locally and internationally for trainingContribute to the organisational culture and continuous improvement of Abacus dxDevelop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers in assigned territoryRepresent the company at local and interstate customer sitesSKILLS & EXPERIENCETertiary education in engineering, ideally electronic, mechanical, or hydraulicGreat teamwork skillsStrong attention to detailVaried system skills and experience with a variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and computer-driven systemsDrivers licenceAbility to interpret, present, and communicate technical informationAnalytical problem-solving skillsInterpersonal and relationship-building skillsTime management and prioritisation of tasksWE OFFEROngoing training and developmentFantastic working environment and team cultureStrong corporate culture through our Delivering Value Responsibly programme, focussing on engagement, inclusivity, and environmental impactAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramCompetitive remuneration and car allowanceAbacus dx is a leading distributor of medical diagnostic and life science products.
