We're on the lookout for a proactive individual to provide vital support to our Advisers and ensure the smooth functioning of our dealing room operations.What you will be doingAssist with general duties to ensure client trades are executed and settled efficiently, accurately and on timeProvide clients with exceptional customer service, prompt responses and the correct informationAssist Advisers with managing IPO and placementsAssist with function co-ordinationOrganise general outgoing correspondence – mail outs, SOA, change in address, change in holdings, change in name etc, and specific team marketing campaignsUse Salesforce to record client requests, conversations, messages and work completed so Advisers can monitorCoordinate and organise meetings and client functionsDaily use of various market systemsPrepare Off Market TransfersWhat you will bringSelf-motivated and deadline drivenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with MS Word and MS Excel and general computer skillsFinancial market background (advantageous)Client focusedEngaging and approachableYes, I want to applyIf you are interested in this role and would like to join the Morgans team, please click apply and submit your cover letter and resume by Tuesday 7 January 2025We believe in creating opportunities for everyone and welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
