Come join the world's largest air services provider at our Australian Head Office.We are looking for a dedicated full-time Banking Officer to join our friendly team at our Headquarters in Broadbeach on the beautiful Gold Coast.More about this role:Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for the administration of the business treasury function, assisting in the business' month end processing and all transactional analysis for our billings.In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:Daily cash receipting of customer depositsFrequent reconciliation of the business's bank accountsPreparation of daily cash positionLiaises with Accounts Payable and Payroll departments to ensure available funds are sufficient for upcoming payments.Managing and investigation of reconciliation issues as they arise.Preparation of Balance Sheet and general ledger reconciliationsPreparation of month end bank submission reporting filesAdministration and reporting of bank accounts & guaranteesPreparation of supplier rebate schedules for reviewSupport the Financial Controller with any tasks assignedWhat do you need to be successful in the role?Previous experience in banking and reconciliation rolesHave worked in a company with weekly cash flows +1MThe ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.Possess a very high attention to detail and accuracy.As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.What is in it for you?Competitive market salary.5 weeks annual leave.Subsidised parking and breakfast provided.Career development and progression.Be part of a close knit and dedicated team that are committed to excellence.Discounts at hundreds of retailers, discounted health insurance, novated lease option and wellbeing resources including online exercise classes.About Us:We are Australia's largest and most admired inflight catering and retail partner.
