Job Description
Our Assistant Managers are critical to delivering seamless service throughout the hotel.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
Leading the guest experience at check-in and check-outProactively seeking feedback from guests and resolving any issues to a high satisfactionCoaching and supporting team membersEnsuring safety and security standards are achieved in the hotel consistentlyDriving Loyalty members experience and onboardingProviding support across other departments as requiredQualifications
To achieve this you will require:
Experience in Hotel Front Office as an Assistant/Duty Manager or Team Leader.Computer literate with experience in Opera or similar PMS, Microsoft Word, and OutlookCurrent and Valid First Aid CertificateHold RP Badge and Responsible Service of Alcohol valid in South AustraliaAvailability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demandsAdditional Information
