We're looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers across Sydney, NSW with the following experience: 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager or Supervisor in the fast food/QSR industryExperience in training, coaching and upskilling your teamExposure to business information such as P&Ls, labour and wastage reports with a focus on results improvementPassion for everything hospitality – customer & team empowerment first mindsetHappy to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don't do overnightsPerks & benefits of Grill'd… Structured onboarding program to support your transition across and set you up for successOngoing leadership workshops to upskill while you developCareer growth opportunities from Area Manager to Head/Support OfficeGenerous performance based bonuses paid bi-annuallyMake an impact and engage with your local communityFree burgers on shift & discounts off-dutyInternal development programs to become a Restaurant Manager and lead your own restaurantWhat will your day to day look like?
