*Wood chippers*Stump Grinders*EWP Spider Lifts*Spider Cranes*Mini Skid SteersAbout the RoleWe're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to leadour social media channels as we grow our business over our 3 sites on the Eastern seaboard .
The position will be perfect for a digital marketer with 1-2 years' experience looking to further develop their skills in the digital space.
You will helping develop and launch marketing campaigns, run the day-to-day social media content, drive our digital presence and prioritise page engagement and growth.Responsibilities –Plan and schedule all social media activity (organic and paid) across our brand pages as well as execute key campaign and promotional activity across social platforms(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, & Linkedin)Develop innovative media and digital strategy in line with marketing, content and product release calendar, noting competitor activities and audiences across each channelEngage and moderate social media communities in conjunction with our sales teamMonitor and report on social data/metrics, insights and best practices to continually improve brand awareness and page growthCopywriting for socialchannels and website blog contentAssist with creative briefs for digital content, print design and other creativeSupport with general marketing administration – help develop and deliver events and exhibitions, create design briefs, arrange for promotional print & merchandise materialsPosition RequirementsTertiary qualification in Marketing or a related fieldSocial media marketing experience.
Familiarity running paid social activity (Facebook & Instagram), WordPress and Google Analytics advantageousHighly organised with the ability to prioritise workload to hit deadlines, coordinating across multiple departmentsExcellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high quality creative outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator advantageous
