Legal Personal Assistant (Property) - temporary contract.
Our client is seeking a bright personal assistant to provide high-level support to a busy Partner within a busy property team.
This position is available on an ongoing basis and is open for an immediate start.
Defendant Insurance Secretary - Our client is seeking an amazing secretary to assist a dynamic and busy team.
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in defendant insurance and be able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities In any of these roles, you'll be a crucial part of an excellent and high-performing team, assisting with general administrative tasks such as: File and matter management Court documents preparation Document drafting and editing Client engagement Diary management Additional ad hoc administrative tasks The Perfect Candidate To be successful in any of these roles, you will need prior legal experience.
You will have excellent IT skills, including great working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
