Glide, a leader in powered and manual wheelchair manufacturing, is seeking a motivated In-House Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
You will be responsible for delivering instructor-led, hands-on training to employees, helping them transition from legacy ERP systems to the Dynamics 365 solution.
This role will focus on educating employees about the system's functionalities, including transaction handling, stock management, and reporting, as well as its scalability, mobility, and cloud-based features.
Additionally, you will assist in implementing minor system updates and work with external consultants to resolve more complex technical issues.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with staff to troubleshoot system-related issues during training and providing clear, easy-to-follow instructions for system use.
You will also stay updated on new features and best practices to continually improve training materials and support.
Minimum Requirements:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification Experience in training employees on ERP or CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving system issues Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements and encourage our people to explore new ways of working – including part-time, job-share.
