We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses to manage their most valuable asset—people.Our team of U Krewers are on a mission to inspire every organization to become a great place to work through our award-winning HR technology built for all.About The RoleWe are in search of a Senior Solutions Consultant who has a passion for strategic consulting, implementing solutions that provide significant benefits, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service and outcomes.As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the solution and utilise the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor for Workforce Management within the Retail & Hospitality Line of Business. You will also work in a team environment remotely or at customer sites to implement and support products that UKG delivers to its customers and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers and peers to accomplish activities along a set and proven methodology.In this role, you will be responsible for:Provision of industry and workforce management expertise and rostering best practice to benefit customers and colleaguesUsing professional consulting concepts, implement software in various environmentsReview business process analysisConfigure solution applicationsFollow practices and procedures in analysing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factorsProvide knowledge transfer for customersAnalyse requirements and create documentation, diagrams, and feature specificationsLeading workshops and sessions to drive informed decision making and gather requirementsAdvise customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and proceduresWork with product management, clients, and peers to suggest ideas for the improvement of the solutions and outcomesQualifications:At least 5 years of experience in the delivery and implementation of SaaS solutionsBachelor's Degree or equivalentEither solution or industry experience in workforce managementA thorough understanding of business, process, and technology relating to workforce managementBroad knowledge of labour management, rostering, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systemsIdeal to have working experience in a healthcare environment with rostering solutionsFlexibility to travel as neededWhere we're goingUKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
