Our client is a Tier 2-3 construction company specializing in both fit-out and build projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
With a growing portfolio of high-quality projects, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support their dynamic team for an exciting landmark project.

The Role:
As the Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing all contract-related activities, ensuring projects run smoothly and profitably.
Your ability to manage costs, negotiate contracts, and handle subcontractor agreements will be crucial to the project's success.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes.Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.Process progress claims, variations, and invoices.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.Assist the project team in ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in fit-out and/or build projects.Background in Tier 2/3 construction companies preferred.Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and cost management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.What We Offer: Competitive salary package based on your experience.Immediate start on a long-term, high-profile project.Supportive team environment with opportunities for career progression.Chance to work with a well-established and growing company.Apply Now:
