The Manager Track Assets role effectively coordinates the integrated planning of asset management activities within the area of responsibility by developing strategic and operational plans and effectively managing the planning, scheduling and auditing activities.
Benefits that Count Permanent full-time position based in Brisbane CBD with an industry leader.Attractive salary to be negotiated plus 12.75% superannuation.Balance your work and personal life with flexible working options.Enjoy free travel to work and discounted rail travel.QRI Lifestyle offers members access to over 2,000 exclusive discounts and services.Prioritise your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing with our range of free services.You and your family can get fit and have fun with access to over 380 gyms and pools with our Fitness Passport.Overview of day-to-day responsibilities: Lead a team of planners and track inspectors.Responsible for strategic decision making, prioritisation and approval of asset renewals and maintenance works.Management of track assets and authorisation of major works requests.Chairing meetings of forward works planning for corridor.Assisting with developing corridor plans and maintenance strategies.Building strong working relationships across the business including regular visits to work sites.Previous experience in track maintenance/asset management is highly desirable.Knowledge of CMMS is highly desirable (SAP/ELEIP).Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the business.Management background with a proven ability to lead and influence.Your journey matters.
