Seize this opportunity to make an impact.The Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven Asset Manager to not only manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties but also take on a leadership role within our client's team.
This exciting opportunity is based in the inner-city fringe, where you'll be responsible for enhancing asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, overseeing operational efficiency, and guiding a dedicated team of professionals.Key Responsibilities:Leadership:Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and professional growthFoster a collaborative and motivated work environmentProperty Operations:Oversee daily operations and ensure the optimal performance of commercial assetsCoordinate scheduled works and emergency responsesConduct regular inspections and liaise with tenants, contractors, and property ownersLease and Tenant Management:Administer leases, ensuring compliance and safeguarding client interestsManage lease negotiations and variationsCollaborate with the leasing team to market and lease vacant propertiesFinancial Management:Optimise cash flow with efficient billing and collectionsOversee budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditureControl operational costs and outgoingsAbout You:At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial asset management or real estateStrong expertise in financial management, leasing, and property operationsExperience in leading and managing a teamProficiency in property management software (Re-leased / Cirrus 8 or similar) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skillsAdaptable and forward-thinking with a passion for innovationRequired Qualifications:Current Queensland Real Estate registrationValid Driver's LicenseHow to Apply:Please call Hayley on 0410 789 *** for more information or email your CV to ****** or click apply nowAll applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.Only those with the right to work in Australia need to apply.PLEASE NOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
