The OpportunityIf you are an experienced, reliable, and motivated supervisor with a proven track record in a similar role and a natural ability to lead a team, you are who we are looking for.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the national operations team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors constructing underground infrastructure.
You will act as the main liaison between subcontractors and the project team.
General Background and Minimum RequirementsWe are looking for a team member who is experienced, reliable, self-managing, motivated, and possesses strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
Considerable experience working in a telecommunication, contracting, construction, or project environmentEnsure that all Safety procedures/SWMS are in place and adhered to.Strong communication skills with the ability to build robust trusting relationships with subcontractors.Proven contractor management experienceTo apply, please submit your CV via the portal by clicking the APPLY NOW button below.
