Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and accomplished Head of Sales to execute the sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with stakeholders to align the sales strategy with the business objectives, including expanding market share.What you'll be doingDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive sales strategyIdentifying and pursuing new market opportunitiesLeading, mentoring, coaching, and developing the sales teamEstablishing clear performance metrics including regularly reviewing performanceBuilding a high-performance team through recruitment and talent developmentOverseeing key customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyaltyOptimising the sales process to improve efficiencyDeveloping and executing strategies to penetrate new customer segmentsWhat we're looking forBachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields) (desirable but not essential)Ability to think strategically and align sales efforts with overall business goalsStrong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering solutions that add valueA track record of exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growthProven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to drive business successComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing change effectivelyWhat we offerComprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balanceOpportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive teamAbout usEverhard Industries Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plumbing and drainage solutions in the Australian market.
