Job Description As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Sales teams to secure key high value business opportunities, as well as driving the success of a small team.
You'll deliver high-quality, tailored product presentations and demonstrations, acting as the voice of our clients to shape the growth of ELMO's solutions.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training and upskilling team members to ensure ongoing success.
What your day to day will look like..
Lead a small team of Solutions Consultants Partner with sales teams to implement solutions-based selling strategies Deliver customized product presentations and demos aligned with client needs Manage Proof of Concepts (Po Cs) to showcase solution capabilities Align customer strategies with ELMO's products and integrations Support complex sales processes and engage with senior stakeholders Mentor and train team members and direct reports, maintaining deep product expertise Lead strategic projects and ensure team KPIs are achieved Handle multiple tenders and collaborate with internal teams Travel as needed to support client engagements Desired Skills and Experience Proven pre-sales experience in HR, Payroll, or RTA software highly desirable Knowledge of accounting concepts and ERP systems a plus Strong background in consulting or sales within talent management environments Excellent understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes Exceptional communication and project management skills Leadership experience and ability to train and coach team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
