About the role As the Regional Manager - Victoria, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of Splend's Customer Support Hub in Victoria.
This role demands a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where you will have the opportunity to run your region like your own business.

You'll create and refine go-to-market strategies tailored to your region, align them with national objectives, and seize opportunities to deliver exceptional results.

As the face of Splend Victoria, you will lead by example, balancing hands-on management with strategic foresight to deliver sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies that align with national business objectives while addressing local market needs.Analyze and act on market insights, including customer behavior, product performance, and competitor trends, to enhance Splend's value proposition.Drive an entrepreneurial approach to scaling operations and achieving regional success, treating the region as your own business.Operational Excellence Oversee the lifecycle of customer journeys, including onboarding, car inspections, exchanges, terminations, and escalations.Ensure fleet management standards meet Splend's operational guidelines, optimizing vehicle utilization and minimizing downtime.Maintain accountability for state-specific revenue performance, data integrity, and operational reporting, providing actionable insights and initiatives.Team and Culture Development Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Customer Specialists, Vehicle Logistics Specialists, and Team Leads to achieve operational and sales targets.Foster an inclusive environment, building meaningful connections across diverse cultural backgrounds and championing equity within the team.Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, encouraging innovative thinking and career development.Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship, cultivating a high-performing and engaged team culture.Customer-Centric Sales and Growth Leverage product expertise to drive sales effectiveness and customer acquisition, supporting Splend's mission to deliver exceptional value.Collaborate closely with national and regional stakeholders to identify and execute growth opportunities.Represent Splend Victoria with confidence and authenticity in customer and community engagements.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in regional leadership, with a track record of strategic execution and operational success.A passion for entrepreneurship, with the ability to treat your region like your own business and thrive in an environment where ownership and accountability are key.Exceptional ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational management.Strong commercial acumen, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and growth strategies.Demonstrated passion for sales, customer experience, and business development in a scaling organization.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of connecting with diverse individuals and teams.A results-driven mindset, with experience managing change and fostering innovation in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in fleet management or similar industries is advantageous.Splend is a dynamic growth company with a shared vision for success.
