The company now has an opening for an experienced HSE Manager to join their highly experienced Perth WA construction team.What's on offer:Attractive & competitive package (Negotiable DOE)Strong team culture with a superior retention rate.Varied role with Site and office-based expectations.Solid client portfolio & strong pipeline of top-tier local projects.Established business with a strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.Requirements:Min 5 years' experience within Commercial Construction HSE SpaceCert IV or Diploma Work Health SafetyPossess a valid WA Manual Drivers LicenceExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsSound computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and HSEQ software systemsExcellent organisational and time management skillsExperience managing AuditsSound ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and complex problem solvingExperience creating and implementing HSE processesFully current on Health & Safety regulations and Work Health and Safety legislation.Exposure investigating incidents utilising the ICAM methodology/5 Whys etc.Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders of the businessKey Responsibilities:Manage and mentor existing HSE Co-ordinators in the businessSupport company operations in all aspects of HSEQ as requiredManage the incident investigation and emergency response program, acting as the lead investigator for all incidents, coordinating and developing effective actions to prevent re-occurrencePositively influence and advise Leaders and workforce on Health and Safety requirements under Workplace Health & Safety LegislationUndertake construction project audits to ensure contractors and workers are complying with all requirements of the specific Project HSEQ Management Plan and Federal Safety Commission requirementsDesign, develop, and deliver training programs to support the company's Safe system of workDevelop and maintain HSEQ documentation to ensure continuous improvement in HSEQ and training as applicableCollate HSEQ data, develop risk mitigation strategies, and deliver presentations and reports to executive management and other stakeholdersAdvise on relevant WHS legislation and review changes to legislative requirements for all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand (desirable)How to apply:If you have the relevant experience and would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please APPLY VIA THE LINK or email any questions to ****** Morrison Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Infrastructure ECi EXECUTiVE
