Health, Safety & Environment (Mining, Resources & Energy)Full timeCompetitive uplifts and completion bonusesDue to continued growth, Monadelphous are looking for experienced Lead & Senior HSE Advisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working on high profile O&G and Lithium construction projects here in WA.As Lead & Senior HSE Advisors, you will work on a 2:1 roster, either on a DIDO project in the Southwest or a FIFO project in the Northwest. In these roles, you will be responsible for providing HSE advice and support to the project team.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:2:1 Roster with project completion bonus and site upliftDIDO with new camp, new mess and fitness facilitiesFIFO from any major capital city in AustraliaContinuity of work in our Engineering and construction divisionKey Responsibilities:Provide leadership and coaching to other members of the HSE Team.Providing HSE guidance and advice to the Project team.Lead serious incident investigations across the Division as required; provide incident investigation support and coaching to Project HSE teams.Analyse HSE performance trends; develop and support the implementation of Divisional wide initiatives.Coordinate and lead the HSE audit program across the Engineering Construction division.Support HSE training and development programs.Coordination and delivery of HSE training as required and ensure records are maintained.What you'll bring:Previous experience in a Senior or Lead HSE Advisor role in the resources construction industry.Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Minimum qualification is a Certificate IV in OHS.A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.Strong technical HSE skills and knowledge of contemporary HSE management practices.Life at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
