ROLE SUMMARY:
As Head of Event Delivery, you will lead the planning and execution of operational delivery for a diverse range of fan experiences.
This includes all forms of commercial fan engagement from the highest levels of event travel, tours, excursions, and a whole host of premium experiences realized in collaboration with STH Australia contracted event stakeholders.
As a key part of the STH Australia Senior Leadership Team, this role requires the development of a high-performing team, seamless deployment of strategic plans, detailed logistical planning, and the ultimate delivery of a world-renowned, superior elite fan experience.
ABOUT YOU:
Event Management Expertise : Significant experience in the operational delivery of large-scale international sporting events, with a proven ability to manage complex logistics and execute detailed event plans successfully.
Operations Leadership : Proven track record in leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams, maximizing a collaborative and engaged culture to ensure the effective execution of diverse event components.
Stakeholder and Supplier Management : Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring alignment with event goals and optimal resource utilization.
Customer Experience Focus : In-depth knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience design, with a history of enhancing customer satisfaction through creative and innovative solutions.
Sports and Events : Passionate about delivering unforgettable event experiences, driven to provide hospitality & travel programs that captivate and engage global audiences.
