This includes all forms of commercial fan engagement from the highest levels of event travel, tours, excursions, and a whole host of premium experience realised in collaboration with STH Australia contracted event stakeholders.As a key part of the STH Australia Senior Leadership Team, this role requires the development of a high performing team, seamless deployment of strategic plans, detailed logistical planning, and the ultimate delivery of a world renowned, superior elite fan experiences.ABOUT YOU:Event Management Expertise: Significant experience in the operational delivery of large-scale international sporting events, with a proven ability to manage complex logistics and execute detailed event plans successfully.Operations Leadership: Proven track record in leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams, maximising a collaborative and engaged culture to ensure the effective execution of diverse event components.Stakeholder and Supplier Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring alignment with event goals and optimal resource utilisation.Customer Experience Focus: In-depth knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience design, with a history of enhancing customer satisfaction through creative and innovative solutions.Sports and Events: Passionate about delivering unforgettable event experiences, driven to provide hospitality & travel programs that captivate and engage global audiences.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the planning and execution of world class fan experiences and match day hospitality options for major sporting events across AustraliaAPPLICATIONS CLOSE – Monday 2nd December 2024Global Elite Sports (www.globalelitesports.com)have been contracted on behalf of STH Group to manage the recruitment for this important position.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
