This position provides the opportunity to lead two of Australia's premier private mental health hospitals, known for their exceptional care and innovation.

You will align mental health services with St John of God's mission, promoting service growth and forward-thinking care models.Your role includes ensuring the effective management of daily operations, financial performance, and workforce engagement while overseeing redevelopment projects to enhance specialised mental health services.
Building strong relationships with clinicians, community partners, and external stakeholders will be central to advancing mental health outcomes.
Additionally, you will lead clinical governance initiatives, ensuring continuous quality improvement and adherence to best practices and organisational standards.About YouYou are a values-driven leader with a strong commitment to the Vision, Mission, and Values of St John of God Health Care (SJGHC), demonstrated through your ability to model and articulate these principles in your leadership.
With extensive experience in managing large, complex healthcare organisations undergoing growth and transformation, you have the capacity to navigate the ethical standards of the Catholic Church while delivering excellence in patient care and community service.Your background includes significant commercial experience in senior leadership roles and a track record of achieving strategic outcomes in multisite organisations.
