Our team ensures production enhancement and chemical services for our customers to function efficiently and perform at the highest level. Be part of our future plansAll resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.
These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. As a Supply Base Manager, you will be responsible for:
Taking ownership and responsibility for facility operations, client satisfaction, and adherence to site-based management plans, procedures, and processes.Overseeing the management of the Plant Supervisor to ensure all operational tasks are planned and executed in a safe and timely manner.Ensuring that HS&E standards, policies, and procedures are followed as per site-based management plans.Ensuring that applicable Quality standards and processes are applied as per site-based management plans.Managing supply base workload to ensure customer load-out requirements are met.Providing interface between BH operations and internal and external stakeholders (e.g., ASCO) to manage, train, and develop the workforce.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Plant Management.Have great interpersonal and leadership skills.Have good oral and written communication skills.Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead programs/projects.Have the ability to document, plan, and execute daily and weekly plant operations.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
