Our mission is to craft intuitive and accessible products that meet the needs of citizens and our customers.As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping both the user experience and user interface of our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with our business goals.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital solutions.
You'll conduct user research, prototype, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal user experiences.
From wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces, you'll create visually engaging and accessible designs that meet government standards.
By leveraging our Firefly design system and staying up-to-date with emerging trends, you'll contribute to the evolution of our digital products.What you will need to be successful in this roleExperience in product design roles, preferably across multiple product domains or industriesExperience in prototyping and conducting user research with customers or collaborating with user researchersProficiency in creating both user experience flows and visually compelling user interfacesAbility to design products, prototypes, and demonstrate advanced design skills, high-quality deliverables, and processesExperience working within and contributing to design systems, as well as building accessible productsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present strong and clear design rationaleExperience in interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking, with excellent visual design skillsUnderstanding of component libraries and how to apply them in a product contextKnowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., Blazor, Angular, Flutter)Familiarity with emerging trends in technology, social media, and online communitiesWe really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
