We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do.We've raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK.The RoleWorking closely with ourPrincipal Product Designer, Senior Product Designer & Product and Engineering teams.What you'll do:Work on the UX/UI of Heidi's products across multiple platforms such as web, desktop & mobile apps, and integrated productsCreate high-fidelity design solutions and prototypes that take the complexity out of the hands of clinicians, and solve challenging problems in innovative waysConduct user research, usability testing, and gather qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisionsWork independently and collaboratively with other designers – providing and receiving thoughtful and constructive feedback on product and brand workCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and more, to align on product vision and implementationEnsure engineers and delivery teams have the guidelines and artefacts required to implement designs in a clear and efficient way – providing smooth handover and QA to ensure pixel perfect implementationAdvocate for and evangelize design thinking, accessibility, and user-centric design principles throughout the organizationStay up to date with competitors, market offerings, global trends and best practice to inform design improvements of our digital experiencesSupport the continuous improvement of our design process by contributing to our design frameworks and playbooksWhat we'll look for:A compelling portfolio showcasing solid product design skills, strong UX thinking, and a clear user-centric mindsetAt least 2 years of UX/UI experience (SaaS or healthcare background is a plus)You must have detailed knowledge of Figma, and know your way around other common design toolsExperience working with (and contributing to) design systems, design operations, and design governanceExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teamsBonus points for knowing your way around product tools like Linear, Notion, PostHog, Canny and IntercomBonus bonus points for knowing your way around basic front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS)A genuine passion for keeping up with the latest design trends, methodologies, and technologiesWhat do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
