Warehouse Invoice Administrator

The Opportunity: This permanent full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Support Officer will be based in our Welshpool branch in Perth.
This position will work in a team of 2 providing data entry and data quality checks into the Komatsu P-Mate system for the Parts procurement process.
The successful candidate will ensure all incoming parts are preregistered into the P-Mate database before warehouse delivery, providing a seamless delivery of parts to Komatsu customers and invoices to the Accounts Payable team.
Additionally, this role will also support the submission of Parts claims with overseas suppliers and coordinate resolution claims.
