Sales Consultant - Northern Suburbs (NOR)AllSealedWA is your family owned, local leaking shower and balcony specialist.We offer obligation onsite consultations for a range of clients to assist in a long term, permanent solution to a very common problem.Here at AllSealedWA we have a fun, supportive team environment where we all work together to achieve the goals set.The RoleThis exciting position is ideal for a sales standout, a person who thrives on providing a high level of customer service, achieving sales targets, autonomy and can develop their territory to be the bestA strong sales & business development background is ideal for this role as you will be supporting and building on our current client base, whilst carrying out face to face in-home quotes daily.You will be responsible for personally following up to close the deals whilst ensuring quality control is maintained in our services completed.For an experienced and driven sales superstar, the uncapped OTE of over $100k is highly achievable and being done by other consultants now.Our ideal candidate will have or be;A minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales Consultant / BDM RoleReal Estate / Property Management / Strata / Building and Construction Industry knowledge is beneficialFace to Face and Business to Business sales experienceReliable and punctualWell-spoken with good communication skills and a high level of customer serviceHighly Motivated with a drive to exceed expectationsAbility and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve KPIs and Sales TargetsExceptional time management skills, experience with quoting and keeping to scheduled appointmentsCRM Software experience is beneficial, SimPRO knowledge is highly advantageousClean and current drivers licenceIf successful, you will be rewarded with:Competitive Base Salary (fully negotiable for the right person)Fully maintained company car + Phone + LaptopA highly competitive and achievable monthly commission structureAnnual Bonus (if targets and KPIs are met)Your Birthday is an RDOFull Training and ongoing supportThe opportunity to build and sustain your own territory.Career growth and progressionThis role is best suited to someone who loves sales and customer service.
