The role will oversee an existing team within Payroll, reporting to the Head of HR. You will be responsible for;
Duties Managing a team of up to 5 people and ensuring the accuracy of end-to-end payroll for up to 1500 peopleProcessing Superannuation and calculating taxEnd of the month & year reportingTraining and mentoring a teamProcess improvement within Payroll and SystemsEnsuring compliance with all relevant requirements, including legislative requirementsProviding an escalation point to the Payroll Team for complex pay queriesManaging Audit and Investigation inquiries Skills and Experience 4+ years' experience in leading a team within end-to-end processing4+ years' experience running a payroll with over 1000 peopleExperience utilizing large payroll systemsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail & high level of accuracy and communication, both written and verbalExperience within project work will be highly regarded, including system implementations and remediations.
