Ideally, you will have implementation experience or a love of tech, but if not, full training is provided – All you need is end-to-end payroll experience and Aurion payroll systems knowledge.
AWESOME BENS INCLUDE: AMAZING AND RARE OPPORTUNITY to take your payroll processing career into an exciting implementation consultancy directionIdeally Brisbane, but can be worked remotely from anywhere in AustraliaTop end salaries on offerWork for a rapidly growing Payroll/HR Consultancy Organisation with a multi-million $$ pipeline and big ambitionsOpportunity to be trained on and work with multiple systems and a broad range of industries and clients.Heaps of career growth and possibilities – grow with the role/department/businessMove out of day-to-day payroll and into a really exciting, challenging consulting/analytics and client management careerAmazing corporate officesTop manager and management structureFantastic training including access to paid for coursesDiverse and inclusive cultureNUTS & BOLTS: Day-to-day payroll processing for a multitude of clients.Work on projects that have a significant impact for clients, while being supported by a team of people who are driven to deliver results.Play a key HR/Payroll support and advisory role to clients by providing support, guidance, and advice on the configuration and implementation of the client's chosen HR/Payroll solution.Proactively lead and move the new HR/Payroll system through all implementation (including configuration) phases.Work with clients to document and analyse their HR/Payroll processes including solution/data management and utilise these artifacts to identify requirements, gaps, risks & issues.Provide support to projects to assure quality testing of HR/Payroll systems and processes.Identify high-risk issues that require escalation and advise the client to seek external advice.Lead continuous improvement of HR/Payroll systems and processes then advise clients of any risks as they relate to HR and Payroll.Keep up to date with HR and Payroll legislation and compliance and provide advice on actions to clients as necessary to meet any new rules and regulations.Formulate strategic and practical plans to address HR/Payroll implementation matters.Provide status reports and generate written reports to Clients.Attend any role-appropriate events, as required.Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by company guidelines, policies and procedures.YOU'LL NEED: Aurion payroll systems knowledge.A strong payroll background – min 4 years as a Payroll Professional and ideally have implementation or tech I.T.
