Available and Responsive – We're there for our clientsProfessional and Efficient – We won't waste our clients' time or moneyKnowledgeable and Results Driven – We'll get our clients where they need to beJob SummaryThis role focuses on providing functional application help desk support for MYOB Advanced Payroll and MYOB Workforce Management using your excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, backed-up by strong payroll knowledge and experience.
As you'll be helping clients use cloud payroll and WFM software, you don't need technical IT skills for this role.
In this role, you'll have a career parthway to being a payroll software implementer (if that is your goal) and you will be responsible for:
Triaging, diagnosing and resolving support calls/emails relating to payroll and workforce management functionsDeveloping and improving our Advanced KnowledgeHub of 'how to' articlesProviding an excellent support experience as measured by ticket quality, call quality, resolution quality and timing, and overall client satisfactionWhole-of-business systems exposure to our innovative clients who are running bigger and more connected businesses with MYOB's cloud ERP + payroll + workforce managementFriendly and supportive team environment that embraces diversity and innovative ideasPaid MYOB Advanced Certifications & Badges (if you are not already Level 3 Certified on MYOB Advanced)Induction program for your first 150 days followed by a Performance & Development Plan (PDP) that takes into account your individual skills, strengths and interestsWork-from-home flexibility where necessary or agreedCareer pathway: software module specialisation within existing role.Your Experience2+ years using or supporting a payroll system for mid to large businesses (such as MYOB Advanced People, Sage Micropay, SAP for HR, Chris21)Strong understanding of payroll concepts and processes (payroll diploma or Certified Payroll Specialist qualifications are highly desirable)Friendly and professional, client-focused with a passion for helping others and solving problems, willing to learn with a curiosity for new technology, excellent communication skills, team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
