Responsibilities: Join a vibrant team of expert engineers and lead the charge in product innovation and sustainability.
Develop new and improve existing operating procedures to streamline the product development and change process.
Mentor rising stars while leading transformative projects across multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Requirements: Proven ability in risk management, requirement management, and system architecting with a focus on engineering excellence.
5 - 10 years of Engineering experience in Systems Engineering or similar roles.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Ability to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently within time constraints.
Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise documentation essential for successful project outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
Experience in multidisciplinary projects and project teams, with a knack for balancing independent and teamwork.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a dependable work ethic and mature professionalism.

You must hold full and unrestricted rights to work in Australia to be eligible for this role.
Work with a team of Systems Engineers, Marketing, Research & Product Development Engineers & Operation Engineers on improving and sustaining products.
