About the Role: As an Event Supervisor with Maison Hospitality, you will: Lead and oversee teams of waiters, bartenders, and other staff at luxury venues and private homes across Sydney.
Ensure smooth operations at private parties, canapé events, birthdays, and corporate functions by managing all aspects of the event.
Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality for all guests.
Coordinate event setup and pack down, ensuring that every detail is handled efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure all event needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Maintain a high standard of service, from overseeing food and beverage service to managing event timelines and logistics.
Who We're Looking For: We are looking for candidates with a strong background in hospitality and event supervision.
Ideal candidates will have: Proven experience in managing events and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A positive attitude and strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
