This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time, and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.We currently have full-time and part-time fixed-term opportunities available.Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service has a new opportunity for an experienced human resource professional to join our People, Capability and Culture team.
This role will be located at both Perth Children's Hospital, Nedlands, and Mill Street, Perth CBD.As a Senior HR Consultant, you will manage an allocated caseload to provide an expert consultancy and advisory service to management and employees on all aspects of Human Resource Management.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide contemporary Human Resource Management to deliver a tactical and operational employee experience that is responsive and solution-focused.
Manage allocated caseload to provide an expert consultancy and advisory service to management and employees on all aspects of Human Resource Management, including high-risk and complex matters.Participate in the development of human resource standards and policies and special projects.
Contribute to the development and achievement of operational and strategic outcomes.Undertake the role of Executive Officer of the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) Classification Review Committee (CRC) and provide advice on classification review matters.Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children, and young people.
CAHS consists of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
