Job Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month maternity leave that will support our Chief Development Officer.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised and proactive with a passion for supporting C-suite executives.

The Executive Assistant to the CDO plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You'll be managing a variety of tasks, from diary and email management to coordinating high-level meetings and ensuring project tasks are completed efficiently.

What you can expect:
Provide administration support to the CDO, including calendar and email management, travel coordination, presentation preparation and expense handling Handle confidential documents and liaise with executives and board of directors Organise internal and external real estate team meetings Facilitate the monthly real estate sub-committee board meetings, including accurate preparation and timely distribution of real estate board packs and meeting minutes Follow up on deadlines and ensure that team tasks are completed Assist with organising team events You'll enjoy this role if you have:
Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives Strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex scheduling and deadlines We're incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other's backs.
