About Centrecare Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with just over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
The Role Under theIntegrated Primary Mental Health Care Model, this position will focus and deliver quality mental health and wellbeing services for disadvantaged, vulnerable or hard to reach individuals who have, or at risk of mental health condition in the Esperance-Goldfields region.
Located 700kms east-southeast of Perth, Esperance is a town in the Goldfields.
TheGoldfields is a vibrant mix of gold rush history, grand colonial buildings and immense mining operations, surrounded by some of the most dazzling spring wildflowers.

Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform the development of a case plan or appropriate referrals according to the clients identified needs.Assessing supports and ensuring that they are appropriate to meeting client's needs.Referring and assisting clients to access appropriate mainstream specialist services and support groups.Be able to respond appropriately to client in crisis.Facilitate groups as required.Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, Counselling, Childhood Developmentor related disciplines.1-3 years' experience in counselling individuals, couples and families.Relevant experience in working with children and families with complex needs e.g.
