Systems Analyst 2 - Application Packaging
What success looks like in this role : The position will be a Subject Matter Expert on Application Packaging.
Job includes classification, discovery, and packaging applications which can be deployed via Systems Management tools.
Custom scripting would be an added advantage.
End-to-end understanding of request / Release management process.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Should be a Subject Matter Expert in Application Packaging, Application Virtualization, and Applications Assessment technologies and be ready to present or lead discussions on these technologies.Very good knowledge of MSI packaging with Flexera Admin Studio.Very good knowledge of scripting with PowerShell.Good knowledge of the App Deployment Toolkit.Lead and drive any major escalations to a successful closure.Lead automation initiatives.Should have a thorough understanding of all the KPIs and SLAs.
