Purpose of role: The eCommerce market for vitamins and supplements in Australia is growing rapidly ahead of overall category growth, driven by increasing health awareness, convenience, and a shift toward online shopping.
Blackmores is Australia's leading brand in the vitamins and supplements (VMS) market and has established itself as the top player in both physical and eCommerce sales.
eCommerce is a strategic growth within our organisation, driven by our partnerships with pureplay accounts (e.g.
Amazon) as well as our retailer eCommerce (e.g., Chemist Warehouse Online, Woolworths, Coles, etc).
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is not only passionate about Australian e-Commerce but is also keen to implement and further develop their digital marketing and account management skill set.
Working closely with the eCommerce, sales and brand teams, this person will help drive our presence across pureplay and bricks and clicks retailers.
This person will work closely with our e-retail partners including Amazon, Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Coles, Woolworths & pharmacies to achieve our joint objectives through optimising our onsite presence, driving co-operative digital executions and ensuring our brands guidelines and protocols are adhered to.
The role will work across our Blackmores, PAW and BioCeuticals brand reporting into the eCommerce Manager.
Responsibilities include: Responsible for managing e-retailer online shopfronts across Blackmores, PAW and BioCeuticals brands.
Reviewing online products ensuring categorisation, imagery, enriched content pages, brand stores, copy, pricing, and e-merchandising are accurate and meet internal guidelines.Manage the digital shelf optimisation working with our international eCommerce Managers across SEA.Oversee and execute the promotional program across e-tailer accounts including onsite placements, paid media and social campaigns.Work with agencies to optimize SEO, SEM, digital display and ratings and reviews.Oversee policy adherence and communications across e-tailer accounts.Work with the digital marketing team on creative briefs and campaign alignment for all e-tailer promotional plans and creative execution.General administrative duties across e-tailer accounts including New Line Forms, NPD uploads and circulating OOS lists.Who are you? eCommerce experience working across pureplayer and bricks and clicks.Experience in brand marketing and how brands grow.Customer lifecycle management and driving R+R.Experience in creative content creation and execution.Driving digital and performance marketing across Citrus, Google and Criteo campaigns.Experience driving digital KPIs and analytics.Understanding and experience with search, social, affiliate and retail media environments.Collaborative approach and ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders.What we offer: Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to free and discounted products and additional leave for your wellbeing.Profit share, we all work together to make profit so we all get a shareMental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program.Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave.Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
