Construction Crew | Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Construction Crew (part of Succeed Co Pty Ltd/ E-Squared Developments Group) in Melbourne, VIC.
The role will be responsible for managing all residential building projects to ensure all projects are delivered safely and on budget.
Competitive remuneration is on offer subject to experience of the applicant.
Reporting to the Operations Director:
Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets Coordinating and overseeing all construction activities, including subcontractors and suppliers Managing all site supervisors and in-house construction staff Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards Communicating regularly with contractors, stakeholders and the project team Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company safety procedures Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with engineering and construction drawings Attention to detail and precision in all aspects of building construction Good communication skills and ability to work in a team What we offer:
