This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in mortgage broking.As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our senior brokers by ensuring a seamless loan process for clients from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communication between clients and key stakeholders, managing essential documentation, and handling various administrative tasks to contribute to successful client outcomes.You will receive hands-on guidance from senior brokers, enabling you to expand your industry knowledge while developing your administrative and client relationship management skills.Responsibilities:Assisting senior brokers in managing client relationships, preparing loan applications, and liaising with lenders.Helping guide clients through the mortgage process, addressing queries and providing regular updates.Handling documentation, performing financial assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Supporting the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to lenders.As our new team member, you will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or business (preferred).Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or willing to obtain).Exposure to property, mortgage broking, banking, or financial services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.If this sounds like you, and you're keen to join a team where you are valued and your career is a priority, reach out for more information (Position Description) or apply now.What we offer:At Moore Australia, we prioritise your success and wellbeing, offering a range of benefits designed to enhance both your professional and personal life.
