Classification: YW11 – YW12
Salary per hour: $56.77 to $58.68 per hour + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing full time

We are looking for a motivated, aspiring leader to join our team in Thompson House on an ongoing basis as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), over a range of shifts.

Has great interpersonal and communication skills Has sound nursing skills including infection control, assessment & care planning experience, and are familiar with Aged Care Quality Standards Likes working in a happy environment and wants to be a part of a team who provide amazing person-centered care, with support from a NUM Wishes to end your work day with a strong sense of accomplishment & job satisfaction Then we would love to hear from you
About you The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to providing high quality nursing services.
Importantly, in this leadership role, the ANUM will at all times model best practice and foster positive relationships with staff, residents and the community.
The ANUM position creates opportunities to gain experience in an In-Charge position, and to lead and manage staff of the unit within a supportive environment.
