We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and creating advanced models to optimise key metrics across the business.
This role is pivotal to helping our business grow and improve through actionable insights and innovative data solutions.As a Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for:Analysing large, complex datasets to generate business insights that influence strategic decisionsDeveloping and implementing statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimise business performanceBuilding predictive and prescriptive models that drive customer engagement, improve operations, and increase profitabilityCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business Development, to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutionsCommunicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and ensuring data is utilised effectively across the organisationContinuously improving data quality, model performance, and predictive accuracyLeveraging data to experiment, test hypotheses, and uncover new business opportunitiesManaging and maintaining data pipelines and ensuring scalable model deploymentThis is not just about technical skills; it's about being part of a forward-thinking team that's passionate about using data to make impactful changes and drive business growth.
