Enterprise client seeking an ERP Solution Adoption Lead for 24-month contract in Brisbane CBD.Your new companyHays has partnered with a valued enterprise customer to appoint an experienced ERP Solution Adoption Lead / ERP Change Lead to an initial 24-month contract on a critical program of work. With a good chance of extension and market rates on offer, you won't want to miss out on this oneYour new roleAs the ERP Solution Adoption Lead, you will lead and manage change management activities associated with the implementation of SAP's next-generation ERP solution. Working closely with the ERP Program's PMs, Business Readiness Leads, and Change Managers, your day-to-day will include:Refining and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful adoption of SAP S4/HANA within the organisation.Creating and executing change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.Ensure all Solution Adoption and Business Readiness key deliverables and milestones are contained in the ERP Program's integrated Master Schedule.Collaborate with Business Readiness Change Managers, program teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with the overall project plan.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in the implementation process.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced change professional, with experience and skills including (but not limited to):Excellent change and project management skills, with the ability to matrix manage deliverable outcomes through multiple business readiness streams and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors, and its impact on business processes, organisational structure, and technology infrastructure.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated advanced knowledge of program/project management best practice methodologies, coupled with SAP Activate Methodology or equivalent SAP methodology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, challenges, and opportunities related to change management.What you'll get in returnYou'll be offered an initial 24-month contract, with market rates on offer and a hybrid working arrangement.
