Signcraft is seeking expressions of interest for a Key Account Leader position, which will open in early 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, oversee key accounts, and drive customer engagement initiatives that align with our strategic vision.

Coach and develop the Key Account Team to achieve their full potential.Manage relationships and performance for key accounts handled by the team and Project Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Act as the primary contact for resolving complex customer issues, maintaining trust and satisfaction.Allocate workload effectively, manage key account tender submissions, and oversee the seamless delivery of proposals and projects.Work with the Senior Leadership Team to implement customer engagement strategies and align with company-wide initiatives.Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying vertical integration opportunities.Monitor and report on team and account performance, including key metrics like revenue and profitability, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.Be a trusted partner to high-value clients, cultivating long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.To excel in this role, you will need:
5+ years of proven experience leading account management teams in a B2B environment, ideally within signage, manufacturing, or a related industry.Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.A proactive approach to addressing complex challenges and resolving escalated issues.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, allocate resources effectively, and oversee large-scale accounts.Experience tracking, analysing, and reporting on revenue performance and account profitability.A deep understanding of customer engagement strategies and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients and executive stakeholders.Why Choose Signcraft?At Signcraft, we're shaping the future of the signage industry with a commitment to innovation, excellence, and customer success.
