Business Development Manager - Safety Solutions My client is a market leading supplier of quality products, selling into the construction, mining, and infrastructure industries.
With a firm and progressive history, the company is known for their market-leading presence in safety, security and hardware, delivering high value solutions on site.
You will be joining a collaborative and vibrant WA Team of 3 who offer an engaging and positive team culture.

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to sell specialised products to resellers and end users.
The role will involve providing training and education to influence and maximise sales.
You will build valuable relationships, negotiate contracts, deliver engaging demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions across various organisational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source new market and key stakeholder opportunities; develop strong client relationships.
Conduct market analysis including changes in customer buying trends within your territory.
Liaise with key stakeholders both on-site and at head office level.
Present products on-site and secure supply tender opportunities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams within marketing, customer service, and warehouse to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Key Requirements:
2+ years sales experience in a fast-paced and volume-driven role.
Experience in construction, tooling, mining, or safety supplies will be highly regarded.
Outgoing and team-oriented with excellent influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel interstate and work with stakeholders at all levels.
Up to $95K + Super + Company Car + Up to $20K Bonus.
