Our vibrant School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and committed person to join our Advancement team in this exciting new role.
With an anticipated commencement ideally in November 2024, this role is a full-time position.
Working closely with the Director of Media, Communications and Marketing, the Philanthropy Manager focuses on overseeing fundraising efforts to achieve agreed outcomes, donor stewardship, and advancement opportunities that align with the School's strategic plan.
They will develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from donors.
The ideal candidate will showcase:
a proven and demonstrable track record in delivering fundraising outcomes effective community engagement, fostering strong relationships and meaningful connections ability to advise on effective, targeted fundraising campaigns and communications ability to play a central role in the stewardship of prospects and donors, while also identifying new prospects and supporter opportunities professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation style an excellent work ethic with exemplary attention to detail, partnered with a keen sense of customer service and hospitality leadership skills for stakeholder influence, collaborative teamwork, and independent work competency in reporting, record keeping, and digital data and CRM management fundraising experience in the education sector is highly desirable appropriate senior experience and/or qualifications in all or some of the following: fundraising and advancement, philanthropic programs, and/or business development.
