Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management business and join as Philanthropy Services Manager.
About the role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management
As a Philanthropy Services Manager, you will:
Support philanthropists in the creation and execution of their granting strategies Attend nominated trust meetings to provide governance, distribution and sector expertise Actively support strategies to attract and acquire clients through the delivery of philanthropic and not-for-profit products and services.
Ensure financial advisers and other key internal roles are trained in various philanthropic structures, and proactively assist advisers to seek business development opportunities from their existing clients and contact networks Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, relevant legislation (including relevant tax law), and general fiduciary/client duties and responsibilities About you We're looking for someone with:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in client facing or relationship management role Experience working in and/or with not-for-profit or philanthropic organisations Pitches and presentation experience A proven excellence in written and verbal communications skills A proven ability in relationship management Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
